Very good, although I had to read the reviews to learn the self tornado trick for level 20, I agree it needs some hint since it's really hard to learn it by yourself.

Managed to soft lock, I consider this the true ending
It's not bad, but a lot of the difficulty felt more like it was due to controlling the tornadoes being awkward, rather than the movement/puzzle actually being difficult on its own. Especially when it came to fitting your own movement into the available space. Maybe tweak the tornadoes to be a little more responsive to left/right movement.
The levels with cycling blocks for your tornado to avoid end up feeling very easy in comparison. It doesn't hurt to have that variety, but I think you could spread them out more across the level list.
The self-tornado trick needed for a couple of later levels also felt like it needed some clue, since it's fairly difficult to accidentally hit yourself and realize it's possible. Improving tornado control so that you have them flying around a bit more freely might also help there, or you could give a demonstration of it in a simple early level.
