Reviews for "Pad of Time"

I remember playing some games they made on the Wii u.

Great artstyle and I love the Sonic CD vibes, the movement is just a little slippy for my taste. Good game though!

time traveling concept are already used in game like sonic CD but who cares
basically puzzle platform like game, finding treasure, and explore stage fighting with boss etc.

Yes, it's a classic game experience. I am a big fan of Sonic CD hehe thanks for the review and the stars.

Booted it up, loved the graphics and the style- the tutorial showed some interesting promise- but it fell apart for me with the level design and story ^_^'

Dropped into the game with 'This guy made a cool invention! Let's try it out! Go find a none descript item or some sorta thing to do!'

I kinda shrugged it off, then proceeded to wander aimlessly- unsure if I was going the right direction or even if I was in the right time zone.

Then I started attacking the enemies- it's a little janky but I could make do... it just felt kinda weird spawning into a new area with the time travel mechanic then just killing everything in sight before wondering if I was in the right time zone.

But maaan- I love the style and it doesn't play terribly, it's missing a little polish here and there. It just feels like it needs more of a goal/ story- along with some changes to level design.

"Mark created a time device, the device broke creating time warps. Find the broken pieces"

That would give a bit of a goal, replace the time mechanic with a simple 'Go through a portal to end up in a different time'- that'll remove the guesswork. Possibly simplify the level out so it doesn't feel like we're exploring a maze.

But hey, that's just some of the stuff I was hoping for ^_^' It might just not be my kinda game. It's hard to make a game and I really like the design of it- hope things go well for ya'll!

Nice game.

Glad you liked it! :-)
