The detail is amazing and the thing that my eyes are drawn to first is the hand; the bitten off fingernails and needle in the thumb looks great.
The transition from a light foreground to a dark background also looks flawless!
Facial expressions on the characters fit them well, and have given the art that needed madness environment.
