Based on it being a short flash
it's very good. Well animated, good sound. I hope your going to do a larger one it should be very good.
It's hardly a movie
Gee chuck, it starts off good but really doesn't deliver in the 'anything happening' area! But that's not overly annoying because it is quite small, so you're optimising properly good stuff.
It looks like it will be good if you actually finish it, but I cannot vote highly on a Flash that is half done!

My votes are based on what I expect out of this flash, from what I've seen. Your backgrounds are fine, just finish the movie because I'm clueless on what it is. Also, you might wanna tell everyone what the flash is going to be called when you release it, it'll have more people watching because they saw this :)....k?
