Errrr....what? I understand stupid humor, but all that was much too random. Your story was too choppy, too. Dr. Wily doesn't even exist during the Reploids time, or Megaman himself for that matter. The concept of this being Dr. Wily's revenge didn't make much sense either. Just seems too slapped together.
That's why Mega asked himself what a reploid was... Eventhough it's random, try to pay attention, You probably didn't get Pulp Fiction either... Besides, RANDOM=FUNNY. or most people think so...

To see it blammed would make me very unhappy as you've worked and persisted so long. Anyway nice use of sprites and such with intresting features espically the ending with the explosions that was cool.
