Reviews for "FF3: Sabin Vs Kefka"

lol

I bet I'm the only one who got that "power up" referance, I can't remember the name of the game, but I remember playing it all the time when I was like 7, I never got past the second lvl...

Lol good stuff.

That was pretty damn funny,a good bit of randomness along with a decent fight with varity of background, overall a swell job. =)

Pretty funny.

My one suggestion is that you take down the time inbetween them saying or doing something, I got a bit bored while he stood there with the clown music playing for 30 seconds.

Flash comedy as it should be

Right off the back, I'd like to say that I enjoyed this movie, whiched shocked me quite a bit, as I am usually not a great fan of animation which manipulates videogame sprites, and comedic storylines based on absurd behaviours. However, FF3: Sabin Vs Kefka had about it an air of superiority.
The use of the sprites was smooth, and fantasticly creative. And the humour (albiet sometimes just plain silly) was far sharper and wittier that I was expecting. It was in every way well done, except perhaps in some of the story devices (there were a few too many useless elements).
Overall, if you're in the mood for some nice FF3 sprites, telling a clever and comedic story, this is for you. I'd only advise against seeing it if you are a violent elitist who feels they will simply end up slandering it. Cactaur_Jack does not deserve that.

Cactaur-Jack responds:

Why Thank you! I'm glad to know that i might have somehow changed the conception sprite animation. I added the silly humour because i like it, and i know some other people like it too, thanks for the review

Has it's Ups and Downs

When it's funny it's hilarious (Cyan prepping for the bolder, Gogo almost revealing his/her identity, Kefka always saying "Idiot!") but not all of it works as well as that (The wrestling thing, the other characters coming out of Kefka, etc). The best humor comes straight out of the games, and when you do that you're at the top of your game. Keep at it.
