I don't understand how the mechanics of the game work, because I only know that with the up arrow I jump and with the down arrow I crash or something like that, but there comes a point where I die, and if possible can you explain the obstacles to me?

Um so i have no idea how it happened but i somehow jumped and fell under the track and i couldnt get hit by anything or die.
