Great gameplay. I love the feel of combat so far. Deflecting and dodging bullets while trying to close distance with enemies under time pressure is really fun. Though there are a few parts that could use some polish in my opinion.
I think that the camera should be brought under control a little bit, keep it centered on the player so that the view isn't constantly swinging around when trying to multi-manage enemies from multiple angles.
Adding a button like shift or something to look out with the cursor similar to Hotline Miami could be helpful.
Another addition that would smooth out combat a bit and make it more intuitive is to include a visual indicator for the kill timer on the player character itself, or make a filter gradually take over the screen instead of only a hud element in the top left. So you don't have to take your eyes off the action to know how much time you have left.
One last thing would be settings to adjust the volume of music and sounds. I couldn't find a pause button.
It all looks and feels fantastic otherwise, excited to see where this game goes!
