Hmm.
It's supposed to be one of those trippy Flashes that makes you think about some abstract concept that has no bearing in reality whatsoever. What is the 13th hour? Who cares?! Even if the author provided an explaination for this, the fact of the matter is that he chose to represent this *deep and meaningful* idea in a crappy flash animation. How can you take a concept seriously with a clock-laden dog flouncing around on the screen? For shame. Develop some intelligence and stop wasting our time.
