Just an idea, the demon in the corner, maybe make it out of Glass instead of colored ? It really stood out throughout the whole film, I know it's supposed to, but the best (c) logos are the ones you can barely see, and you could shimmer it too during the film like KERA does with theirs. Also, it wasn't clickable ? I thought the purpose of having one in Flash was so you can click it, maybe go to your site or something ?
Some of the animations were really too rapid, like the underwater seaweed, it moves much slower than that.
Other than that, sterling work !

Hmm...Not Bad
I really like the animation, you did a wonderful job on that...I even liked the song, but I feel that the animation and the song just didn't seem to fit together very well so my advice would be to put it with a more appropriate song.
