Hehe, it's ok, Gir is very funny, my ONLY favorite cartoon show on a kid's chanel (except for Cartoon Network, for Adult Swim).
Potential
You have very good potential and you are a very good artist too but you tend to avoid too much FBF animating and like spinny objects and effects ^_^ Don't worry we all do! Work on all parts of animation including FBF and Anti-tweening. You can become a very good animator but you need to work on your skills...
