Reviews for "_-={Lacrioso's Breeze}=-_"

Well done

Hello again maestro. If this is any indication of Lacrioso's work's quality i will definatly have to give it a listen. Any way, on to the review.

Technically speaking, I can find no real fault here. As for the strings coming in suddenly, I didn't think that was the case. The song flowed into them rather nicely and I have heard many pieces by famous composers that use the same sort of style and they are fine peices.

Mental imagry; alright, this is a little strange, but the piece made me think of a beach with snow white sands and bright blue waters. The clash of surf in the background and the gulls crying overhead blending in with the music itself. A beautiful place of peace in the sunlight where all may rest from the trials of life.

A good piece of work as always. Well done maestro.

MaestroRage responds:

An excellent image Denver... truly. I had not thought of the image like this but it does suit it very well doesn't it?

My image was that of a man in plain robes, sitting under a tree. The sun is climbing lower and the light filters slowly through the leaves, he has his eyes closed and simply absorbs being alive.

Lacrioso is very talented Denver. He has a lot to teach me, and I hope to teach him in return. Our styles are very different, yet complimentary. It is like swimming on the opposite sides of the same pool. We carry the same energy, and vibe, but we've explored different venues with our energy.

Which is excellent for us! Time to get some syncronised swimming going on!

Thank you for the review Denver, i'm glad you liked it ^^.

Wow.

Ten bucks says I can tell you where the first couple seconds of the song is from.

Not saying anything, but Lacrioso is a master of wasting nothing, apparently :D

Beautiful. Just beautiful.

What did I think of when I was listening to this?

You know those dramatic moments in movies, where the camera is centered on one person, and it slowly pans out and in circles slowly going above that person.

Now, imagine that on a small island, ivory white sands and whatnot. One man, under a tree, sleeping in the shade.

I can find nothing wrong with this piece. Beautiful sound, beautiful mood. You guys should make a CD, I'd buy it, that's for damn sure.

McPerfect. No question.

-Solus

(By the way, you guys have got to teach me one of these days.)

MaestroRage responds:

heh, I didn't recognize the first ten seconds as anything, but then again I listen to surprisingly less then I should in the field I work in :/...

That imagery works out quite well. Merging them both eh. On a tropical paradise... man this song is going to give me some dreams tonight! I hope there's food on the island :(.

We'd be happy to show you what we know Solus! Hit us up, and we'll hit you back equally hard!

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it ^^.

good work

Hi Masetro,

Wow, this was a good piece of music. You know what I saw in this piece of music? Ending credits to a movie. It had that kind of quality to it, or maybe the hero (or heroine) is thinking about his/her family and friends just before they go and fight the last boss. Anyway this was a good piece as I said before. Write more :)

MaestroRage responds:

will do Leasky! I did enjoy working on this piece as it was outside my normal scope. I would have to thank Lacrioso for that, if not for his assistance I'd still be just refining my angry/sad epic/battle works.

Gotta fly higher then that!

Your imagery works well for the piece. It seems sentimental feelings were the dominant feeling here. I was afraid I had put in sorrow or sadness unintentionally, as I tend to do that sometimes.

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Sorry, no fiction for this one

This one brings back memories...
Going flying with my Dad in his Cessna (a small "prop" airplane) when I was 8 or so, talking with him and looking over the beautiful rural country from high up above. But now I'm in college, several states away...

I feel in debt to you for just allowing me to hear this amazingly emotionally-moving song.

Very Nice....

This piece reminds me of a time when I was sitting on a hill doing nothing with the wind in my face.... Peaceful and relaxing....
