Your right, the show was pretty good overall because it wasn't hard to understand but then in the second part of the movie absolutely nothing makes any sense anymore and it has a really crappy ending which also makes no sense at all. So basically i agree with what you said in this and that evangelion shouldn't have ended in crappy bullshit way that it did.
