Reviews for "_-={Victorious Day}=-_"

whoa

Man, this music of yours is soooo good. I can see the fights all around me. Now i know, that i have spilled 16years hear on earth, not knowing your music.

MaestroRage responds:

ah thats not true at all Lynch. Life is never wasted, but your 16 years has given you experience to take this music, and go where you want with it with a more powerful grasp of life and what makes it work!

If you must, don't think you've spilt the years, but prepared 16 years :)!

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

This is truly a victorious day for me

Hearing this makes my day all good again!
Good job!

Cheeryo's, Dennis

MaestroRage responds:

ah, missed this review did I!?

My sincere apologies Dennis! I'm glad the song helped make your day, thank you for the review, glad you liked it :D!

Not really much to improve on, good!

Nothing to work on with this. Just keep up the good work and 4.65 will be your fate.
Tomb Raider or an Ancient Greek battle? Depends how you look at it.

MaestroRage responds:

Tomb Raider eh!? Now there's a thought. I never even considered Tomb Raider in any of my pieces... though an image of running in ancient tombs might bring about some interesting ideas >:D

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Heh...

Hearing this reminds me of Raphael in Soul Calibur... It resembles a handful of the songs in the game to some degree.

I really can't think of a way to really improve this... It'd be interesting to see how you'd fare making something of this sort to match a different time period... although again, I'm having trouble thinking of a place where this song wouldn't fit, aside from back when instruments didn't even exist.

MaestroRage responds:

It could be possible. This song is again aimed to be slightly more ambient then usual. The thing with making loops is you can't move around too much or they become more tiring to listen to extra fast. As a result, there was not that much originality in the song, and used many common patterns used in a lot of music. I don't remember Soul Caliber's music, but I would imagine that they might have done something similar.

A different time period eh? I've always wanted to try and make a real Edo Japan period song. Though that would require some study, I think it would be quite a good deal of fun.

And this song would fit mostly in Europe, as the instruments used originate mostly from there. Asia, Africa, North/South America, all those places, could be better represented then by this song!

Thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

Good music!!

You are amazing at creating this type of music! This song wasn't that bad, just a little bit repetitive. I like the church bells.

MaestroRage responds:

Yes it was a bit repetitive, but then again it had to be. If it was too varied, too diverse, it would get tiring to hear, and this song behind a battle loop for Septenary's game, would suffer as a consequence.

Though i'm glad you liked what was there! Thank you for the review! I apologize for the late response!
