movement is clunky. moving diagonally is bugged and broken and causes you to sit still. you get caught on corners in ways that make no sense given where the sprite's feet are.

people are dying because i got the wrong pill
also sometimes when the doctor needs to poo no toilet is appearing
Great looking and sounding game, but I could not for the life of me figure out how to play or what to do
Edit: apparently there's a 16-page instruction guide I somehow completely missed, upped my score
