Outstanding job!
The only flaw that I can see is his neck. It's looks a little ... off to me. I think it's the shadowing now that I think about it. Since the angle of the light is coming from above, I think there should be a darker shadow on the area of his neck close to his thyroid since his bearded chin would normally block most of the light at that angle.
There's always room for improvement, so I thought I'd shine some light(pun intended! :P) on what to work on next.

When I first saw this, I thought that it was a photo. But no, it is an actual realistic drawing... The beard hairs are on point and I like the soothing colors.
