and i couldnt do flashes so good.
I deleted the .fla file but keeped the
.swf file so i couldnt inproove it.

Takes a long time to load then the movie only lasts seconds. Keep on practising your flash, you will get there.

but its too short and the motion sucks

It was okay.
I think the reason that the file is so large, but the movie is so short is that you didn't stream the music file. If you do that the music file takes up much less room. Good job, though.
