This is now on my iPod- picked it up from Ongaku. <3 Great piece!
Curious though- was "Polyurethane Smile" inspired by those choice words in Lemon Demon's Word Disassociation?

Actually, it was very much inspired by Word Disassociation. That has always been my favorite line from that song, and one of my favorite Lemon Demon lines, even though it has absolutely no meaning. Nice job picking that out. ;)

The Beatles are a huge influence, but they weren't as much at the time I wrote this.
My biggest influences are probably They Might Be Giants, Lemon Demon, Brian Eno, of Montreal, and The Beatles.

When I first heard this on Ongaku I thought it was Lemon Demon :P Which is pretty good =D I really like this song! I might possibly use this song in an animation sometime. +Added to favs!
