This is EXCELLENT! I surprised I haven't heard this in a movie already. This would be a perfect reflection/driving piece. You know? For a transition scene of the background. Anyhow, this was very very good. Were the strings automated? Anyway keep it up!

Very atmospherical
Hey, sorry for the slight delay but I had some problems with my comp yesterday. After that someone voted zero on my submission (*sigh* Who is that always?) and I was just to irritated to write a suitable review. So here we go now...
The piece has a slight chinese touch, from the very first impression I would guess that it was originaly composed for a videogame, and don´t get me wrong, that isn´t something bad since videogame music is more than just beeping noises. It´s the very fast flow, the viola, and the syntheziser sounds in the background which are adding this kind of eastern touch, I have to say that I liked that :P. The rain fx comes nice and adds a serious touch to it, I´d would have added a few percussion layers more to get a bit more density. It´s really good overall and shows that you know what you´re doing. So I´ll rate it with 5/5
Keep on composing and you´ll discover some abilities that you didn´t know from ;).

Amazing harmonic voices!
The rain was a great background to the nice base drum. nice duet there lol, rain base duet... the first case of melody from the violin was questionable, also the transition from that voice from slow peace to wierd dance music was not neccasary. the main violin vioce was a bit too demanding for the spotlight seems like your harmony is better but the layering of a "ballhog" violin voice makes it really hard to appriciate the amazing harmony. They get shadowed by the main voice.

1. I should have kept the overall song quieter
2. The strings and violin panning is way off.
3. The strings and violin and other sounds i had in there the volume level for all of them wassnt synchronised properly.
4. The Violin was WAY to loud for the rest of the song just like you said...its too demanding, if it was quieter it would be better.
