mutant orange?
the texture is just like an orange. this thing is fucking awesome, the detail is incredible, I like the lil stool thing its standing on, and the blood looks nice thick and 3d. i dont know if u used a 3d tool for this, but whether or not, still awesome. and if u did in fact make a 3d model like this, seeing it in animation would be sweeet

It looks like a japanis toy .I want one of does what ever is is. Sorry for the 9/10 but I saw there is a ziper on his mouth and it dosent look very real . But make more I know how hard it is to make something this cool in ZBrush.
