The clock movies are always fairly esoteric and in it's own 'minimalist' style, shall we say. But the bit that did make me laugh was 'End', which got a fairly good chuckle out of me, but then that's just me sense of humour.

Everything in the movie is funny, but the funniest was the introduction when he said "Hello I am Pube Muppet, please watch my movie, for I am very sexy". Pubic spaghetti and fried elephant testicles sounds like funny things to eat.
