Pretty good.
There are very few versions of the cave from yoshi's island, and this is the best version i can find anywhere, that i fond pleasing to my ears.
It captures the feel of the caves, their background mainly, the cool water running over strong formations of crystal, i would actualyl sit there and let the music just play.
I do however find that this song is in need of a better end, due to the abruptness, and this should be jmore easily loopable.

(Sighs) This helps me remember the old days as a kid playing Yoshi's Island. I still wish had my Game boy so I can play it. Did you know that every time Yoshi is in a cave, the original song would give me the creeps that make me feel good, just like in this song? Well, now you do because I just told you so in the last sentence!
By the way, I love this song a lot! This song's title truly says it!
