Had fun with this game, a thing i think it'd be better was to let the player view where the enemy is aiming without having to toggle between sniping mode as the movement of the guys aiming can make it a bit difficult to pinpoint where to be at the right time.
Controls are a bit clunky like what the others have said, for me, i also can see the level design to get some improvements without leap of faith jumps and jumps that need to be pixel perfect to perform like the ones where you jump off the buildings and into the pipes, also, remove the ladders that reach to nowhere, what's the point of the ladder if it only kills you?
However, despite all these negatives i did have a lot of fun with it, not kidding, i see a lot of potential here despite its flaws. I do hope you can improve on these parts in future games.

the controlling is clunky and cannot shoot without using scope is a bit weird, other thing is fine.
it can be much more fun if you add actions like dodging/crouching, maybe in your next game then.
