the reason why it is considered stolen: this is found on another site which i will not list down here. But at least the person who submitted it gave credit to MASO Digital Studio. i found this flash on a chinese website via a link from my friend through e-mail. i'm still gonna give it a 10...

First of all, I've read all the reviews, and I didn't find a single piece of evidence that this is stolen. Second of all, if it would be stolen, don't you think Tom and Wayne would have kicked off Newgrounds yet? Now I'm no expert, but isn't English supposed to be some kind of International language?

It -is- his own movie, dumbass. And who cares if the guy is chinese or not? He can make a flash movie with chinese characters all he wants. And his homepage can be in english if he wants.
