Not bad
Make a game out of this and you'll be in business. Give the character a proper storyline (perhaps in an RPG). The animation was smooth and fit in seamlessly. Work on this idea some more.

Nice work. Wish it was a little larger though (or at least in center), and more options. The goose was funny though. You should make a game staring Max. Mabey a side scroller or something.
