Not bad
Make a game out of this and you'll be in business. Give the character a proper storyline (perhaps in an RPG). The animation was smooth and fit in seamlessly. Work on this idea some more.

Not much there, but what was there was good, especialy graphicaly. Mind doing something bigger with Max next? I'd love it.
