Level 22 can also be completed without using either splitter if your timing is precise. You can have a single stream from each side going to the color in the middle and then remove the mirror diverting away from the color in each corner. Do it quickly and all four balls are charged at the same time.
Edit: this is also a solution for 23 using only one color. Maybe require that the crystals need to be active at the same time for several seconds?

Yeah, there's a few levels you can “cheat” your way through with good timing. Wasn't too bothered since you're still solving it, just in a different way. That said, I could still use your suggestion and require the crystals to be charged simultaneously for a few seconds.

Sometimes I pushed the blocks too far and into the wall, wish there was a back or rewind last action button for that, other than that, it was a great experience to play through every level.
