Excellent work, I was laughing throughout Turbo Man's whole speech. The constantly changing pose was an excellent touch, and the way you drew the characters themselves conveyed an incredible amount of emotion. Fantastic work.
On another note, Dust Man reminds me of Droopy Dog. In a good way. XD

I could keep up with turbo man. He started off with a nice greeting and started insulting a ''friendly'' way. I don't know HOW to explain but... if you listen to it and understand him, you get the point.
