Question: Where did Wily get the blood for that?!?
I was looking at Cut Man when it started. Then I noticed the wierd thing inflating to the left. I also loved how Cut Man took a few steps back from it. Wily's line was classic (I lauged my ass off seriously).

Hilarious, but not quite as good and smooth as the one with Fire man.

I knew what was gonna happen, but i still couldn't help but laugh. i thik it's because of how long it was a the dumb expression on the fac of that bubble, haha

You made quite an entertaining short here. Although an idea just came to me: out of your entire 'Wily' series, this is the only time Wily has actually made an appearence.
