It looks a little...meh.
The noseline top left is a little straight edge, giving it the razor blade-ish look; which isn't good btw. And the lips, I know it may seem good to emphasize something, but the outline of the lips make them look like a sticker that was slapped onto the painting (excuse me if it's not a painting you gave no indication). Overall, not bad.
Really cool
Really nice work, I love the skin tones and texture, and the whole face is really proportional and well done. The only thing that bugs me a little is the hair in front of the eye - you've got a couple really thick brush strokes there underneath the nice wispy hair ones, it kinda flattens that area out a little. Just a nitpick, though, on the whole I really like this a lot, and I love the white eye. It keeps this from being just another portrait of a pretty girl.
Overall quite good
But the eye strikes me as unnatural and the nose and lips look flat and could use some work. I do like the overall composition and I like what you've done with the skin.

The shading and lighting is incredible. And the woman is strikingly beautiful. Amazing Job.
