Reviews for "Xtrullor - Authority"

This song definitely had the best audio quality and the best sound effects out of any of your songs. The drops were also really great. The different SFX included in the drops made them a lot better. I still wish the song was longer since it didn't seem to have much to offer other than the drops. You could've added some more orchestral parts to make parts between the drops longer and have a little more influence on the song. I also like how some of the sounds sound like they're coming from different directions.

"Dedicated for the most dangerous superstition on this planet." Ha, nice...

Anyway, this track actually has a lot of things I like about your other tracks: a very prominent drum beat, those phasing sounds from Ego Death and your SUPER old tracks, and of course that 'rushing feeling' from The Armor of God's second drop.
Although, your drops really aren't as powerful as they were a few years back, I will say they continue to sound more dynamic something that keeps me listening to Dubstep, and with this track it's no exception. Back to what I said about that 'rushing' sensation; it's what I really like about this song, I feel like I'm in a middle of a super intense boss fight or something. Only two of your drops have given me this (quite tingly) sensation: The Armor of God and now Authority. In fact, it seems to be what your trying to turn your drops into; a rushing feeling that's gives the listener a sense of urgency and intensity, and you know what? I'm open arms to that. Keep doing what you're doing, Xtrullor. 'Cause if this is the stuff that I can look forward too for the rest of this year and next year, I'm excited to say the least :)

Kinda like if Terran Era was darker and drum and bass. The production quality is amazing as usual, but what bugged me was a lack of a real melody in this song. Also, like with a lot of your newer songs I felt like the drop was "holding back". A beat drop (especially by you) is supposed to be a powerful "climax" to the song. I know drops aren't really your main focus anymore but songs like Karma still had insane drops. However, the first drop of Earthsplitter, Terran Era's drop, and this just sound like a bunch of random sounds. X, I love your music but this song is kinda meh. I'd personally love to see an epic orchestral song like Jnana but with a more intense drop like Karma.

Really out-of-this-world

heck, im not even 100% sure what im listening and that uncanny feeling makes this track very unique experience.

Amazing as always.
