Loved it
I liked the Dr. Mario song and all the pills floating around but there were some parts I didn't like, Mario's dick sucking up the medicine. Just sick so it should be rated mature.

Now I know why you shouldn't do/abuse drugs like that. It's very harmful or fatal to your health. I guess Mario was testing and the test went awry. And that Dr. Mario song is the same song from Super Smash Bros. Melee, where Dr. Mario is your enemy. And that song from Dead or Alive "You spin me right round" is my favorite song, so I gave you all 10's for that. Excellent job. 10/10
