Dude, you have some serious issues with spelling. I mean it, I played tactical assassin and I found about five errors in one sentence. Please, get a freaking dictionary or something, I'm begging you. The word 'censored' means that the information was purposefully blocked. The word 'sensored' does not exist. Get it right. PS 'O' does not equal 'Oh'
Now then, as for the storyline itself- If it had been a game, I might have enjoyed it. However, it's not a game, but a rather dull movie. Where's the motive? Is he being paid? In addition, he's not a very good assassin. He's not that intelligent (ruining the corpse of the guy who could have given him easy access to the larger room), and he's not very honorable, even for an assassin (once again, ruining corpses, being a dick to those he kills, and just being a general all-around jackass). You need to work on your characters and their personalities, and then maybe I'll listen to you.
I don't like ranting, I really don't, but stuff like this is a rough draft at best. Let's review:
Bad Parts:
- No spelling (-50 points)
- No motive (-10 points)
- No honor (-5 points)
- Stick figures (-25 points)
Good parts:
- Smooth animation (+25 Points)
- Relatively bloody, as a shooter movie should be (+10 points)

If there were more flshes like this newgrounds would be much better! THis is very unique and the gore is realistic (not when you shoot a guy like 5,oo0,ooo gallons of blood comes out!). Nice clean looking sticks make giodd graphics and the interactivity is entertaining and makes the movie interesting. This si going in favorites!
