Reviews for "Burger Hour"

Not great, but not awful. Its just an amateur rewrite of Burger Time

Not bad, but you need to fix the ladders and platform section. Very easy to bind the character up there.

something is up with the point counter. I'll finish a level with a certain amount of points and begin the next level with the same points but all of a sudden my points drop 2k for no reason.

Zebirosca responds:

I can't reproduce that bug. If you know how please send me a pm.

I enjoy your remake of BurgerTime. I have spent many hours playing the original. Your graphics are nice, but the chef's movements are a bit slow and a little too particular when exiting the ladder onto the platforms. I don't understand why if you have chef lives remaining, why do you make the player die and restart the whole game after one death? ETA: Okay, I figured it out. You hit spacebar for the subsequent lives. You might want to add a feature that automates this next live function. The pepper shooter feature is nice. I enjoy this version and look forward to checking your game out again when you update it. Cheers. :)

Hi Zebirosca! When I first died, for instance, I did not realize that I could hit ENTER or SPACEBAR to play the remainder of the game. The message just says game over. Maybe it should just load the next life automatically. That's what I meant. :) Okay one more thang, are the broccoli impervious to the pepper spray? LOL Nice game.

Zebirosca responds:

Thank you. Did you mean "restart the whole level" instead of the "whole game"? Otherwise, that's a bug, the game can only restart all over again when you lose all your lives.
Also now the level won't restart all over again when you die.

I will try to fix the player's movement/speed.

Thanks.

Fun idea, in terms of critisism, the game is a little too unforgiving on when you are able to get off of the ladder.
