This piece of art is just mind blowing. It's just superb. The architecture is incredible.
There's an attention to detail and realism here that screams greatness. I love the fading with distance and all the shading. There is just so much accuracy with the streets and buildings. The color is awesome as well. It is not only realistic but the way it has been applied grabs your attention and accents details quite well.
What makes this even better is that the artist knows how to expertly fake detail even and make it look like there's more in the piece than there really is. If you look closely at the people, for example. They're somewhat sketchy and obviously quickly drawn out. Which just makes me respect the artist more. Why? Because you can't even really tell unless you give a thorough inspection to these small details. They look real enough and all the small marks on them mimic clothing and accessories quite well.
I'd love to give a harder critique on something, but there really isn't anything to put down about this piece. I dig the style of it.
