haha 'the sound of the north' i like it mate. yea, works sort of took too much of my life away, but it has to be done, i just gonna have to pick n choose me moments now, instead of making a track in one sitting it's gonna two or three times, which it was for this, i think that may have helped in some way i don'y know.

anyways i'll review you soon

Really nice...

... atmosphere of this track. Lovley guitarplay, it´s really soft and smooth. Felt very good once the beat came in too, lifted the whole track form melancholy to "there´s hope" kindof.

Quality is alittle murky, and i spotted the metronome in thebackground... lower your headphones (not just for the click, but for your own hearing too :)

Great job mate!

pitbulljones responds:

Hey man, thanks for the review.the guitar is a tune ive been working on for ages, i just changed it to a pick instead of rhythm. I'm surprised the guitar sounds as it does, tho i did use amplitude.

There are quite a few production errors on this track, most notably the metronome in the background, the hiss of the guitar but i feel they give it some much needed warmth. I didn't use headphones either mate, just shitty little speakers, i seriously need to invest in some monitors and headphones.

anyways glad you liked it.

Great stuff

Its nice to see you making new songs again. Very nice tune you got here.

The beginning had me a bit confused. A very slow start, with simple guitar melodies. When the strumming came in it began to form a more solid structure.

The added addition of a cello and strings had a nice refreshing sound. It had a very nice build up. The drums kind of surprised me. Before listening to it, I didn't think there could be a fitting beat in there.

Great stuff man, I look forward to more

cheers man, it's been a long time coming this, wintang totally inspired me with his latest tune, so i just got cracking. this is my first track in 3 months, i haven't been near my gear til i made this. it is a simple tune but i fel it's very 'spiritual'. im glad u liked it anyways, when i get more time i'll be sure to bob over and review you.

top maan!

is that a real guitar?? nice!

pitbulljones responds:

yes it is a real guitar, used amplitude for the amp sound tho
