Im kidding. Anywhoo, I like how the background is all like "Blam, HERE I AM." And as ZaneZansorrow noted earlier, I immediately noticed that her boots were drawn in a style remniscient of Megaman X's. Im guessing there's a light-blue light source under Julia as well, because as I looked at it longer, I said, "Hey wait... Something's not right here." But thats more of an opinion. My only complaint is that her neck is a bit... long.
Bright vibrant colors...
...that just seems to be your thing. And you have a tendency towards magenta's, pinks, yellows and blues. Would these happen to be your favorite colors? They recur a lot in your work.
Anyways, nice drawing. Good opening for the new year. Everything's done with a clean vibrant feel and texture that you do well. Have you considered advertising? Art work like this could be greatly applied to that field. My only complaint is that her arms look bruised due to how you shaded them. Was that what you were going for? If not, it wouldn't have detracted from how good this looks. 5/5 and 10/10.

I love it how in NG that everybody got their own particular style of drawing, n what i see in this pic is an interesting mix of color n shining like some of ur other pics which is an awesome job >,<d thumbs up, any who, her boots is like the megaman series's boots too, yo n peace.
Colorful!
The colorful shading is really...well, colorful. I didn't know blue shading on a white object, or purple shading on a blue object (yes I understand that she's sitting on something that's pink...) would look so... fitting, I guess.
The neck looks a bit long, the left eye looks a bit too slanted, and it might just be the angle, but the other blush/cheek thing isn't there, but other than that it looks fine.
