I wasn't too sure about the intro section (from ~0:15 to ~1:15) but I found that after that I was pretty liking it. Not sure what felt off with the intro, it was perhaps a little bit too "tweaty".
The "plok" sound was actually funny, it was so not on the list of expected sounds that it was entertaining. Refreshing.
2:25 is good :)
A side note: sounds much better overall on headphones than on speakers (so many awesome tunes fail at parties as they sounds great in my ears but sound lame in a room), not your problem.

The plok thing was a little experiment, not really sure why i did it, but I liked how it ended up. Not exactly unique, but definitely new for me.
So, the speakers vs headphones thing is usually to do with phasing (though not always). With headphones, you hear the two signals isolated (left to left ear, right to right ear) but with speakers there is some crossover and destructive interference (though this is room and speaker dependent). I did all my mixing on headphones as I don't have monitors, so I'm not really sure how it sounds on speakers.
That said, sometimes stuff just sounds better on speakers because of the level of bass or "pumping" feeling involved in a lot of trance and house, etc. I guess it's a number of factors. I make my music for people to listen to, so I'm happy to hear it sounds good on headphones :P
Submit this to NMSNL or NCS, they'll might accept this! Really nice! Needs a drumstep vip though, as I sorta liked that part the most.
If you reply to this, whats your DAW and your favourite VST/whatever plugin?

I like the drumstep part the most too! Maybe I will make an alternate version of this song at some point.
I've always used FL Studio for my music, I've dabbled in Ableton and Logic but I haven't found the workflow to be as agreeable. Protools too, which I used a lot for audio editing and film-sound projects; but I hate the MIDI UI a lot... very clunky.
I like Sylenth1 for synths because it's very simple and incredibly easy to use. Fabfilter Pro Q Is amazing EQ... not sure what else. Valhalla Room is the best reverb I've used, it wipes the floor with every stock plugin i've ever seen.
I may just submit this to some channels, I don't usually do that. I guess I'm not in a hurry to promote myself for whatever reason. Thanks for the encouragement and the feedback :)

Nice song. A little repetitive and seems to decay later in the song, but I like the rhythm and beat.
