Huh? You shouldn't need to hold Enter to move. You only have to use it to select something in the menu.
Its great, but I really wish it had a distance tracker so there would be high scores for distance and high scores for how many triangles you collected.

It's good. Could be better. The early stages in avoid mode should last longer. I also thought I hit some blocks I should have missed. I like collect mode a little more than avoid. Overall it sort of reminds me of the bonus stages from Sonic 2 where you run in the tunnel collecting rings.
In advice on how to improve it, in my personal opinion, you need to at shading of some kind. It'd make it easier to tell where the obstacles are in comparison to the ball you play. I have nothing against the smooth look it has, but it's rather difficult to tell the exact locations of the obstacles sometimes.
