Reviews for "Blind Blade"

Really neat concept. I had quite a bit of fun :)
That said though, the controls often seemed a bit sluggish.
Also, it'd be nice to know somehow when my abilities are on cool-down. Whether that be through a cool-down, a greyed out icon, flashing red weapon, animation or etc

Most often I'd die not because I didn't know where my enemy was, but because I thought I could kill them but my strike wouldn't come out. Sometimes it felt like my basic Z Attack wouldn't work at all if I tried to use it twice in row, or I died when I thought I wasn't in my "Recovery" state anymore, so some sort of more distinct visual feedback like a unique "tired" animation for that would be really nice.

It's understandable if you're done with the game. Getting something finished is better than trying to make it "perfect". But if you improve the flow of combat, making it more fluid and tightening controls. This could be an amazing hack-and-slash. Great job :D

Love the game! the only thing i can criticise is that it's not based around the theme of the jam but that's not really a big problem. good job :D

you move too frustratingly slow.

5/5 on the idea, neat and cool, quite original, only behind Dark Echo. Still deserves 5 stars, good job.

1/5 on the controllers, I died most times from missing, despite knowing where to strike. Mouse should be used instead.

2/5 on the gameplay, in general, the game itself feels like it's stuck, I feel like trying to climb a cliff with a tractor. For example, there is no cooldown bar, the actions are slow along with the projectiles, all is big, you know I feel like drowning when playing, hard to explain, basically I don't feel freedom playing it. It's not awful, it's just.. not good.

4/5 on graphics, and sound. Not a "woah nice!" but it's pretty good still.

Beautiful game love the idea. THere should be a scoring system for this
