Mediocre joke, but the timing and voice acting are indeed both very good. Half a star is for me being a 90s kid.

My Great Spirit, I miss the '90s.
We had more good shows and movies.
And the Happy Meal toys were awesome.
Disney was also still good that era.
Nickelodeon was still good and MTV actually had music videos.
Cartoon Network still more good shows than the few good ones they have today.
Disney Junior was still Playhouse Disney and Nick Jr was still educational.
KidsWB was a thing and we had all those great '90s snacks.
TheCW was still called WB and they actually still had good shows.
Other great things about the '90s that I can't think of at the moment.
But not everything from the '90s should come back, just what I've listed so far.
At least the aspects of the '90s that I didn't list have been improving since then.
That was an awesome time to be an elementary school student.
Really miss the house I lived in back then, which I could move back there.
Or the house I lived in during 2001-2006 would've also worked as well.
Maybe even the house I lived in during the 2006-2007 school year back in 9th grade.
That school had an awesome design, the one thing I miss about it.
Wasted Youth Part 1 always reminds me of that school whenever I play it.
Also liked the designs of every school I ever attended.
