Am I meant to read something into this? I won't spoil the ending for anyone who hasn't seen it, but what happens happens for no reason. It's a non sequitur and inexplicable. I can't even tell if it is supposed to be funny or not. I don't mind a twisted Christmas story, but I do want it to make sense.
