She's essentially flipping the woman off -- the backs of her hands are facing forward, which is used in the UK and, I imagine, in other countries in much the same way that the middle finger is used in America.
As for the movie: Pretty funny, I thought. I liked this one better than the first four, but that's probably because I don't generally like shit-and-piss jokes much. The sound was a bit annoying, but the graphics were pretty good, stylised, not too generic. I laughed when I saw the girl's fingers because it caught me off guard. I didn't know anyone outiside of the British commonwealth did it that way. <3 Sorry that I'm too lazy to write more. I think I'm going to bed now.
