Might have suggested for the ending, instead of "...nobody can do anything about it..." you'd be dead-on-balls with "...nobody WILL do anything about it..." (just my observation)...

Oh you are right on about this. I am a college dropout exactly for these reasons and it's those reasons are why I don't want to go back to school.

Lectures are a tad more useful on the side of science...don't know about art side until this. And yeah I'll agree...pretty much useless. Although taking art classes for a science major was kind of the same...not too f---ing useful to me... The math and other stuff...yes. The art side not so much. No offense, mate. Good work really. Keep at it...at least the slaving away of life for your degree was useful...for this stuff.
God damn it schools and collages/universities are total bullshit. Of course education is important yet as the whole world know and has been saying for decades, the school system is bullshit (Also Prince EA made a video about it "I sued the school system" or something like that).
I mean throughout my entire school life I have learned many things yet most of them were useless, above that whatever I learned in Collage had less to do with my working field. I mean at work I had to start from over again and although they mentioned few things that I did actually take in collage (but still the professor didn't explain it well so we had no idea what he was talking about) it was explained in a much simpler and easier way because it didn't go deep to how the atom was created, they explained what was needed for work and that's all.
I mean lord, just look at what people accomplished throughout history, and specially in the Islamic Golden Age were teaching did actually matters and people used to "graduate" with something useful and invent something that helps humanity, nowadays people graduate with nothing in their minds except "I want to work and get on with life"
