This is really fun!

Its boring and its too simple.

It's okay...It's certainly playable, but it has some problems. Basically, I have no idea how long it's supposed to go. I've bought a bunch of levels of stuff, but when do I get to stop? Also, what do roots even do? The whole thing is just kind of vague.

Johnsanity responds:

Thank you for your feedback! It's definitely vague, and probably confusing. I was going for a feel of calm, a no rush game which requires a lot of patience. However, from what I've heard from you and many other people, I now realize that the game was asking for patience without giving back enough interesting stuff to maintain that patience. Also, Roots and Leaves combine to give you your energy value, they're equally important.

Kinda boring. I mean, as long as you buy a new spider every 4 waves or something, you coud even buy three or four early on and difficulty wouldn't even increase.

Johnsanity responds:

Thank you for your feedback! It is very linear. I'm curious to hear how far you made it through the game, it sounds like you beat it. But even if you didn't, it does get kinda boring especially in the middle. Do you feel the same? Some more elaboration would be greatly appreciated.

This was an excellent idea for a defense game. The following features would help:

1. Some way to keep "score," such as bugs killed or even time passed. There's nothing right now.
2. "HP" for the tree. I have no idea how much damage insects can do to the tree before it dies.
3. Clearer game end. I _think_ my tree died when the spiders descended, but the screen just sits there, no "restart" or indication of the game's end.

Once those basics are done, you can elaborate more, like more varied insects, etc.

Johnsanity responds:

Thank you for your feedback! The game definitely needs more explanation! I really left it open to interpretation and TBH I realize now that it's veryconfusing.
