This totally changes my outlook from what I used to see pokemon as...i wish this had been in the cartoon instead of the one WITH eyes..this is awesome..and I agree witgh Dragonic, try dragon/monsterish pokemon like giratina, dialga and palkia

The first thing I noticed was the Classic Japanese look. Great job. this is absolutely beautiful. The creators of pokemon would be SOO proud, as well as the ancient woodblock masters themselves. I hope to see more work like this from you. Keep on doing art! You're amazing!!

I also happen to like Japanese woodblock printings. You've done a nice job copying the style. So... you like dragonlike pokémon? I'd suggest doing Salamence or Rayquaza next!
