Reviews for "Allure Escape: Tropics"

I like most puzzles except the diamond-shape chest. I thought I had found the right clues (RUDDL). But, the directional abbreviation didn't match its corresponding colour at all. Therefore, I had to use the walk through and still couldn't understand the logic behind.

Graphics are pleasant. I wish I could draw or write on the map.

ummm..im so close do being done..im typing this as i play..i have everything but i need the last thing which is the letter box..umm..yeah..kitchen has "ruddle" on the fridge..typed that into the box(well..didnt type..it did the padlock thing)and nothin happened

This is that kind of code solving puzzle game that managed to get me pissed yet amazed! I stuck in this game for almost 3 hours until I gave up and watch the walkthrough. My biggest weakness is mainly the hitbox, I should have pay more atention and hover my pointer slowly while searching for objects. However I found it that rubicube color is a bit annoying because the way it interpret the direction. I put all directions exactly the opposite from the correct directions because I didn't know that the darker color represent the actual direction. Anyway good game!

Thanks!

My main problem is the giant map. Each page only has a single item to interact with, and it's generally very obvious what that item is. Once I pick up the item or solve the puzzle in that room, going through it again and again on my way to other puzzles is just tiresome. Yes, there's something to be said for good visuals, but I'd rather spend my time thinking about the puzzles than trying to remember what rooms have puzzles in them. Simplify.

Niceeeeee. And I agree with @dragonflamesmedia. What happened to the colored keysholes?!

selfdefiant responds:

Yeah, yeah. They will come back. I didn't realize it was like that!
