i wanna help every 1 who keeps posting on how this is a sukee tutorial.personally i thought it wuz pretty good and definatly took a long time.but 4 an example movie that uses the same technique this guy talks about go 2 ytmnd with a dot com at the end and search 4 only a ninja can pull this off and u will see wat u can make with this tutorial.

Im not the best animater at flash but i can tell you this helped me alot before my walking used to be reall bad,it looked like he wasent even swapping legs! but i dident know about the hook of the leg when you walking great work :)
