Great Job! Feels....
I'm having a hard time putting my thoughts into words successfully, so in short, I just have to say that this made me cry. As someone who's personally suffered from depression and anxiety for most of his adult life, this really struck a chord with me. I realize that as bad as I sometimes think I have it, I'm still lucky compared to many other people. Knowing that there are strong, courageous, loving people who still manage to succumb...it's a very sad thing. But it's comforting to know that people are becoming increasingly aware and empathetic about this condition. And it's stories like this--that really humanize those that are suffering--that help build awareness and empathy. Thank you for sharing it.
