I just happen to be studying computer science and programming is one of the things taught(dream come true, really), so, once I get to learn my current language fluidly(thus getting a solid base to the logical principles involved) I'll tackle actionscript and we'll see what can be done.
I just love a challenge and to make all kinds of useful and weird scripts, so bear with me.
Call me in two months, by the end of the semester I should know enough.

Well actionscript is really simple and easy compared to the languages used in most AAA titles, but you might be much better off learning HTML 5. Actionscript is dying as much as flash is.
Where's the guy who made Samurai Asshole, the guy who made the stick figure parodies, the guy who made SMBZ, and where are their characters?

I'm pretty sure the guy you are calling "samurai asshole" is a character by sexual-lobster, who is included in this flash, as for these other guys you arent even calling them by name so how relevant can they be to you? We fit in as many character as we had time to for picoday that were personal favorites of ours/relevant to pico day.
Ah, how I wish. Honestly, I wanted to make a fighter similar, but bigger. Incorporating characters from all over the web, like the AVGN, Strong Bad, Tycho, Edd and many more. Even got permission for a few of them. Unfortunately, I can't code yet either, but soon. SOON.
So, y'know...just hang in there for a while.
